I offer therapy for a variety of difficulties including work and career related problems, trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship problems, general life transitions including those unique to women facing breast cancer, grief and loss.
Helping couples in different stages of their relationship: premarital therapy, transition into parenthood, empty nest syndrome, and preparation for retirement. I focus on communication skills, parent-child relationship, setting healthy boundaries, family of origin issues, and more.
I use EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to help people who are suffering from trauma & PTSD.
As a bilingual and bicultural therapist, I can provide therapy either in English or in Hebrew, I enjoy working with people from different ethnicities and backgrounds. Some particular challenges include immigration and adjusting to a new country and culture, separation from family of origin, dealing with a changing sense of identity, and more.
